Accommodations & Rates

We have 8 generous-sized rooms, furnished with twin sized beds, study desks and chairs, dressers and closets. The two full-sized kitchens are equipped with pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, flatware, coffee makers, microwaves, ovens, etc.

Academic School Year

The rate for the 2024-25 academic school year is $8,145 ($905 paid monthly) - this includes all utilites, wifi, cable, washer and dryer (no coins needed!)

Part of the rent also goes towards funding basic cooking & cleaning supplies, Tuesday night house dinners, quarterly retreats, social events and more!

Summer Living

The rate for the 2024 Summer is $1,740 ($580 paid monthly) - this includes all utilites, wifi, cable, washer and dryer (no coins needed!)
