Accommodations & Rates

We have 8 generous-sized rooms, furnished with twin sized beds, study desks and chairs, dressers and closets. The two full-sized kitchens are equipped with pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, flatware, coffee makers, microwaves, ovens, etc. You just show up with your personal things and you're ready to go!

Academic School Year

The rate for the 2026-27 academic school year is $8,280 ($920 paid monthly) - this includes all utilites, wifi, washer and dryer (no coins needed!) We provide an affordable and high value housing housing option - the Five Oh is a great deal!

Part of your rent payment goes towards basic cooking & cleaning supplies, Tuesday night house dinners, quarterly retreats, social events and more!

Summer Living

The rate for the 2026 Summer is $1,755 ($585 paid monthly) - this includes all utilites, wifi, washer and dryer (no coins needed!)
