Application for the 2025/26 academic school year is OPEN now.  If you are interested, we encourage you to apply! 

Our first round of interviews will be the first week of April.

1. Application: Fill out a Five-Oh Application Form
2. Letter of Recommendation (Optional): a reference that can speak to the applicant’s character, maturity, responsibility, faith, and commitment. Please upload your letters (max 2) here.
3. Interview: The Five-Oh will contact you after receiving your application to set-up an interview time.
